How to use your £100 Holiday Cheque
  1. The £100 Holiday Cheque entitles the bearer to receive £100 off an overseas holiday of not less than 7 nights for a minimum of 2 adults. You may choose your holiday from ANY ATOL/ABTA tour operator brochures, excluding direct sell, late availability and price breaker brochures.
  2. Once you have chosen your holiday, call P&MM on 01908 303429 to check availability, the cost of your holiday and required deposit. Payment may be made via debit or credit card, or by cheque (credit cards will incur a 1.5% surcharge).
  3. Once your holiday details are confirmed, complete the booking form at the back of your brochure. Then send it with your Holiday Cheque (and payment where applicable) to ensure your discount is applied to: Holiday Cheque Offer, PO Box 7002, Milton Keynes, MK14 6ZW
  4. You will receive written confirmation of your booking within 14 days.
Terms and Conditions
  1. This offer is open to UK residents, (including Channel Isles and Isle of Man), aged 18 years or over.
  2. ‘How to Use’ instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions.
  3. Bookings must include brochured accommodation for the full duration.
  4. Your Holiday Cheque is not valid against bookings already made or in conjunction with any other non-brochured offer.
  5. Holidays must be booked and all travel completed within 24 months of the date of Cheque issue.
  6. Persons travelling alone are entitled to half the £100 Cheque value.
  7. Bookings must be received at least 3 weeks prior to your proposed date of travel. Full payment will be required for bookings made within 10 weeks of departure (12 weeks in some instances depending on operator).
  8. The Cheque value (and bonus discounts where applicable) will be deducted from your final invoice and cannot be used as part payment for the deposit or insurance. Only one Holiday Cheque may be used per booking.
  9. After a booking has been made, your holiday contract will be with the selected tour operator whose booking conditions apply and all holidays are subject to their availability.
  10. P&MM reserves the right to reject defaced, photocopied or otherwise soiled Cheques. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt.
  11. This Holiday Cheque is not transferable, nor may it be sold to any third parties.
  12. This Holiday Cheque is not redeemable for any alternative product or service.
  13. This voucher is not covered by the ABTA Financial Protection Scheme. Once redeemed, the net cost of the holiday booked is covered by the ABTA Financial Protection Scheme.
